Our surgeons are specialists in the areas of otology, endoscopic sinus and nasal surgery, laser surgery of the larynx, skull base surgery and all head and neck cancer related surgery. St Vincent's Head and Neck/ENT surgery team also specialise in the management of salivary gland and thyroid tumours (St Vincent's is usually the only centre in Victoria performing sialendoscopy - minimally invasive surgery for salivary calculi). Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancer Clinic This clinic is a combined initiative of St Vincent's, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. St Vincent's provides a comprehensive head and neck cancer program and prides itself on being a centre of excellence in the management of head and neck cancer patients. Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on assessment and treatment of all malignancies of the head and neck, utilising staff that specialise in head and neck oncology. Referrals should include: Tissue histology report (if available) CT of head, neck and chest OPG (x-ray) for suspected floor of mouth tumours Please note: Audiology results must be sent with the referral for appropriate triage.
