The GP Liaison Unit assists general practitioners (GPs) to navigate the services provided by St Vincent’s Hospital. The team also works to improve communication between the hospital and general practice.

The focus of cancer care services at SVHM is to manage all patients in a multidisciplinary setting bringing together expertise from a range of disciplines and specialists. St Vincent’s Palliative Care Inpatient Services are located across two inner Melbourne campuses - Caritas Christi Hospice in Kew (28 beds), and the Palliative Care Unit in Fitzroy (8 beds).

Community and Aged Care at St Vincent's consists of: Health Independence Program (HIP), Home Based Allied Health Service, Hospital in the Home (St Vincent's at Home), Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS), Aged Psychiatry Assessment and Treatment Team, Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) and our Aged Care Facilities.

St Vincent’s Mental Health (MH) is a comprehensive adult area mental health service for people aged between 16-64 years who live in the inner urban east area of Melbourne (Cities of Yarra and Boroondara).
