C No More You are here:HomeOur ServicesDepartments and ServicesC Taking hepatitis C care to the community C No More is a mobile health project that brings free, hepatitis C testing and treatment to people on community corrections orders – like parole or probation – who often face barriers to traditional healthcare. Run by nurses and lived experience peer workers, the service meets people where they are, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to ask questions, get tested and start treatment. Since launching in 2023, the project has helped hundreds of people get tested and those diagnosed are offered rapid access to treatment – often in just one visit. In 2025, the service is expanded to also offer screening for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and blood-borne viruses (BBVs), as well as providing free hepatitis B and flu vaccines to those who want them. C No More is a research project led by St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne in partnership with Burnet Institute and Harm Reduction Victoria. It’s currently funded by Gilead Sciences until July 2026. Together, we’re working toward a future where hepatitis C is no longer a public health threat – and where everyone has access to the care they need, without stigma or barriers.
