This program has been designed to provide you with an understanding the importance of hand hygiene and PPE in protecting you and others against infection. Correct hand hygiene technique is a key barrier to the spread of infection and illness. When used correctly, PPE prevents and controls the spread of infection to residential care workers and care recipients.
