Moderated Oral Poster Presentation Guidelines 

Presentations will be scored using the following criteria:

1. Background/introduction assist reader to understand background and objectives of the project ( /10)
2. Aims/hypothesis are clearly described ( /5)
3. Methods/design clear and concise ( /10)
4. Results are presented clearly ( /20)
5. Conclusions/recommendations outlines implications of the project or compares results to other studies ( /20)
6. Relevance/significance to the field ( /15)
7. Language (/10)
8. Questions (/10)

Only four (4) slides are permitted (title slide is not required). Those presenters that exceed the 4 slide limit will be disqualified.

The presentations are four (4) minutes each, with two (2) minutes of question time. Those presenters that exceed the time limit will be disqualified.  

Moderated Poster Session

Presenters have a maximum of 4 minutes.

Presenters must use a maximum of 4 MS PowerPoint slides constructed from the poster content and include the following information –

• Background
• Aims
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion
