Drug, Device, and Non-Standard Clinical Interventions
HREC-D is a fully constituted HREC that considers clinical research involving drugs, devices and non-standard clinical interventions. This includes both experimental agents, and those approved for use by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

HREC-D provides ethical review to research projects for conduction at the following sites:
- St Vincent's Hospital, Fitzroy campus
- St George's, Kew
- Caritas Christi campus
- Pague House campus
- Cambridge House
- DePaul House
- St Vincent's Private Hospital
- Any other site that does not have access to an institutional HREC
