Ringing a patient at St. Vincent's Hospital

Telephone 03 9288 2211 or you can direct-dial a patient if they are staying in the hospital and have registered with VinTel.  VinTel is the St. Vincent's Hospital pre-paid telephone and television system, which also offers access to a range of TV stations, including pay TV.

Telephone direct to your friend or relative's bedside by ringing 9473 3700 then, when prompted, enter the patient's six digit patient number (UR).  If you do not have the six digit patient number, you will be transferred to the St. Vincent's Hospital switchboard.

If your friend or relative is not using VinTel, you may want to help them connect to the service on your next visit.

Please note that to ensure all patients have a restful night, all incoming calls between 9:00pm and 8:00am will be transferred to the St. Vincent's Hospital switchboard.
