St. Vincent's at Home

St. Vincent's at Home provides home-based nursing and services the Sr Francesca Healy Cottage, a six-bed facility that offers short-term care to sick, homeless people.

The Service aims to provide continuing care from the hospital to the community setting.

Emphasis is placed on education, and maintaining and restoring patient independence.

The Service is offered to patients living within 10-15kms of St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
