St. Vincent’s provides an extensive range of adult health services in Victoria. These include specialist acute medical and surgical services, mental health, aged care, diagnostics, sub acute, community-based services, correctional health, palliative care and residential care.
St. Vincent’s has four major campuses. St. Vincent’s Hospital (SVHM) is a major teaching, research, and tertiary referral centre situated on the fringe of Melbourne’s central business district. This modern state-of-the-art hospital has over 450 beds and provides adult medical, surgical, emergency, critical care, mental health, sub acute and a range of community and outreach services to clients from a diversity of backgrounds across metropolitan and rural Victoria.
Caritas Christi Hospice provides palliative care and supportive care services at our Kew campus incorporating inpatient services, a day hospice and community day care centre.
St. George’s Hospital has 190 beds, and provides inpatient aged care, rehabilitation, acute aged psychiatry and a range of community assessment and treatment services.
Prague House is a 45-bed residential aged care facility, providing services for older men and women who have health care needs and have experienced homelessness.
