Each of these services have the following services based at their

Continuing Care
(CCT)
Ongoing case management and specialist care and support
Mobile Support and Treatment (MST) Service
Provides intensive ongoing support, rehabilitation and treatment to
people in their own surroundings.
Clarendon CMHS is also the
base for the
Homeless Service
(CHOPS)
This Provides acute assessment and case-management in the city of Yarra for
people with a mental illness who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
