Clinics 

St Vincent’s offers Commonwealth funded (bulk-billed) and State Government funded (VACS) specialist clinics across a broad spectrum of general medical, surgical and allied health disciplines.

The clinics provide diagnostic support for GPs as well as seeing patients before or after hospital admission and reviewing patients after surgery. 

In 2009–10 we had 95,100 attendances at St Vincent's clinics. Our main source of referrals is from GPs.

Bulk-billing clinics

Bulk billed clinics are offered on 6th Floor Daly Wing.

To improve the quality of our service and access for patients all referrals should be written out to the Specialist Clinic and the Doctor's name.

All patients seen in the bulk billed clinics must hold a current medicare card.

Please Note: These clinics are unable to provide the following services:

• Interpreters 
• Transport to and from the appointment

We are unable to see prisoners in this clinic. They must be seen in the public clinics held on ground floor Daly Wing.

There is limited nursing services/support available.
