Victorian Transcultural Psychiatry Unit
This is a state-wide service which also acts as
co-ordinator of the Australian Network of Transcultural services. The Unit’s
function is to contribute to improvement in the quality and accessibility of
mental health services available to non English speaking background communities
and to develop innovative models of mental health service delivery. This goal is
achieved through education, research and clinical service.

St. Vincent's Mental Health Service and North West Mental Health Program. It
provides consultancy, advice and training to area mental health services on a
state-wide basis in order to improve services for people who have a dual
psychiatric and intellectual disability.
